We do not offer refunds. You can exchange item for different designs, sizes etc. We will initiate the exchange provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Conditions for Return or Exchange`
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of scents or marks and returned in their original packaging.

Exchange Shipping

- We offer free exchange shipping. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service or request for exchange, our delivery partner will pickup the product.
- Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will ship out the exchange item promptly.
